Steamed Ginger-Scallion Fish
1.2 pound European bass
1.5 tablespoon Avocado oil
1/2 tablespoon Rice cooking wine
2 tablespoon Cilantro
1.5 pcs. Scallions
1.5 tablespoon of fresh Ginger
1.5 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
