Members of Queen of Angels Confirmation & Youth Ministry took this week of vacationing to do a spiritual pilgrimage to the Parish of St Michael & St Malachy in Brooklyn, to visit the Old House where Fr Solanus Casey used to live, be the Porter, and help the needy of the area. As Queen of Angels Youth Ministry has been going through a renewal, we decided to start the year on the Theme of “Holiness”. Q of  A Youth Ministry has been working on plans to promote the Vocation to Holiness - since our youth are in preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation - they choose a Saint to talk with them, to guide and pray for them. But that’s not enough - like having lots of great friends, the more saints you have blessing you, the closer you get to Christ. The friends of Jesus will always draw bring you to the Lord. At the Dreamers Club, the main spiritual youth group for Queen of Angels Youth Ministry, members are watching the “Green Lantern: Animated Series”, while using

     What’s your child doing for the Winter? Hearts On Fire Youth Ministry Services is the program that helps youth develop their vocations through Volunteer Service Projects. Our program will strengthen their skills and talents for their future. Youth can gain hours of community service, using them for High School or College Volunteer Projects. They can also use it towards Confirmation AND more. They can even take the Service Projects Hours and put them towards cr eating a Resume.
